Icing on the Cake is a competitive cake decorating contest held during Downtown Chambersburg’s IceFest. This cake decorating contest features local and regional contestants from around the tristate area! Each contestant will submit a sculpted piece of “Sugar Art” to be judged by the community during the 2022 Icefest PA festival.
Cake Walk Cards will be available for $5 the week of Icefest both in person & online so you can help choose the student, home-baker & professional winners of this contest. We will also be set up on South Main Street in front of the Capitol Theatre on Saturday with cards from 10-3. And a chance to win a $150 cake from the professional baker of your choice. Winners will be announced on Sunday afternoon.
This year our event will be held January 27 - 30, 2022 with cakes in Downtown windows and a tasting competition on the 29th.
